Anyone else out there struggling to eat healthy meals? One issue many have is, as our children grow older and leave home, we stop feeling like we need to cook these big nutritious meals for the whole family anymore. Suddenly, we find ourselves skipping meals and grabbing a protein bar, or a bag of popcorn. While the calories may end up the same at the end of the day, the nutritional benefit to our bodies is certainly not equal. And our bodies start to feel lethargic and we wonder why.
