What to do with KALE?
I must admit, this is not my absolute favorite vegetable. And yet, I keep getting it every single week in my CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) box. So, I tried a quick, easy recipe, and everyone loves it!:
1 bunch Kale – stems removed and torn into bit-size pieces
Olive Oil
Seasoning Salt (Lawry’s)
After washing and tearing up kale leaves, put in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil (use sparingly), then toss. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and lay out the kale leaves in a single layer. Dust lightly with seasoning salt. Bake for 10-15 minutes in a 350 degree oven till edges of leaves begin to brown, but not burnt. Cool and enjoy!
