Don’t Quit Now!
You have to acknowledge and accept that you just may hit a slump occasionally in your workout routine. Then it becomes a mind-game where you have to remind yourself that “this too shall pass” and your slump will turn into renewal after a few days or a few weeks – as long as you don’t allow yourself to stop just because you are not “in the mood” for a time. Everything in life is ebb and flow. Expect it and accept it. Work through it.
