Hint #17 for Becoming an Exercise Addict:
Be sure you get enough sleep at night! Then number one reason people give for skipping their trip to the gym – being too tired. Be sure you set and stick to a reasonable bedtime – at least 7-9 hours of sleep is recommended for adults. Plan your day according to your required amount of sleep – and skip the late show if you want to make fitness a goal in your life this year!
