Idea #5 on How to Become an Exercise Addict:
Find something that you like to do – something that helps you get your mind off your daily worries and also keeps your eyes off the clock while you workout. There are so many different options available, there is no reason to force yourself to endure a Spin class everyday if you hate it.
At Live 2 B Healthy, we like to talk about how important Muscle Confusion is. By switching up your routine and activities each day, you prevent your body from getting into the groove and hitting a training plateau.
Yoga, running, walking, weight-lifting, Zumba, spinning, Pilates, roller skating… Try em all and rotate them regularly!
