Idea # 4 on How to Become an Exercise Addict:
Resolve to give your new routine 6 weeks before you throw in the towel. 6 weeks is enough time for you to begin noticing some physical improvements in your body from the regular exercise. Its also enough time for your brain to adjust to the exercise and start to notice how you feel different when you miss a day at the gym.
