Idea #3 on How to Become an Exercise Addict:
When the alarm goes off, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER hit the snooze button! It’s a very difficult habit to break, and once you get going on it, you are quite likely to become a Snooze Button Addict, rather than an Exercise Addict. Also, if you set your alarm next to a bedside lamp and switch it on at the same time as you shut off your alarm, you will give your brain an extra jolt.
I heard of one guy who had such a hard time breaking the snooze button habit, that he began setting his alarm across the room so he had to get up to turn it off. It worked for him!
