Stress Management from the inside out. If we take care of ourselves physically and mentally, we will tend to be less affected by stress in our lives. Eating a balanced diet, getting plenty of exercise, avoiding cigarettes, alcohol and drugs, reducing caffeine and sugar and getting plenty of sleep.
